This app will allow Unitywater’s customers to report issues with their water or sewage services. The app will allow the user to classify the category of issues, add some descriptive text, capture the location of the issue, either via GPs or manual street address entry, the user can optically add photos using the camera or accessing existing photos in the camera roll. The user submits the service request which emails the service request to a Unitywater email address.
